Now when he was in affliction, he implored the Lord his God, and humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers, and prayed to Him; and He received his entreaty, heard his supplication, and brought him back to Jerusalem into his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the Lord was God.
(2 Chronicles 33:12-13, NKJV)
Manasseh was one of the most wicked kings of Judah. He was involved in many types of occult activity, including human sacrifice. Yet, God restored him when he turned from his sins and put his faith in God.
God allows U-Turns.
The Bible is filled with examples of people from different lifestyles who have found salvation and restoration in God. Repentance and faith are key. We must turn FROM our sins and turn TO God. We turn to God through faith in Jesus Christ, God's Son, who paid the penalty for our sins when He died on the cross, and who rose from the dead on the third day.
God still allows U-turns. If you are ready for a change in your life and for forgiveness, turn to God. When you do, He will turn to you.
